About the Role
NOV is seeking a CNC Machinist to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (DMU, Mazak). The role requires experience in machining threaded connections for oil and gas components and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements
- Industrial / Manufacturing Diploma post High School or vocational training in mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience
- Work experience in Turner, Machinist, and Fitter trades
- Experience with DMU 80 125 160 and Mazak Machines (ST450, STN500/550M)
- Oil & Gas experience in manufacturing
- Familiarity with operating CNC machine on Rotatory Shoulder Connections and HWDP

Job Summary
- The CNC Machinist produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine and is responsible for maintaining part quality, safety standards & company equipment.
Responsibilities/Accountability & Authority
- Follow all safety rules and policies provided by NOV.
- Produce/Machine threaded Connections & parts as per the provided drawing and program.
- Inspect and verify that each thread & part is generated as per the provided specification.
- Follow all the guidelines provided by the Superintendent.
- Maintain a neat and clean working environment.
- Responsible for all company equipment's care, use, and protection.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Perform other duties as assigned by Superintendent.
- Verify part and work order.
Qualifications
- Industrial / Manufacturing Diploma post High School or vocational training courses in mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Work experience in Turner, Machinist, and Fitter trades.
- Experience in the following CNC Machines: DMU 80 125 160, Mazak Machines (ST450, STN500/550M).
- Oil & Gas experience in the manufacturing field.
Skills, Training, Special Knowledge, and/or Language Skills
- Candidate must be familiar with operating a CNC machine, on Rotatory Shoulder Connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam, etc.) and HWDP (Drill pipe, Drill Collars, and Drill Stem Components).
