Role overview
Support customers and the internal sales team with CNC manufacturing applications.
Design, own, and implement custom manufacturing solutions with an emphasis on automation, robotics, and training.
Help develop organizational support for new and existing revenue streams.
Core responsibilities
- Program CNC machine tools and develop manufacturing processes.
- Conduct customer visits, opportunity evaluations, machine assessments, and recommendations.
- Prepare part processing recommendations, cost estimates, and engineering reports.
- Interpret plans and specifications.
- Program and set up CNC lathes and vertical or horizontal mills with automation and robotics.
- Develop customer demonstrations and train users in the safe operation of CNC machines and robots.
