Requirements
- Strong skills in Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling
- Skills in Quality Control to inspect parts and measure dimensions
- Familiarity with industrial Machinery, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring instruments
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar machining role

Role Description
- The CNC Machine Operator is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machinery to produce precision components.
- Day to day tasks include setting up machines, loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and adjusting machine parameters according to technical drawings and specifications.
- The role involves inspecting finished parts, performing basic quality checks, and making minor adjustments to ensure products meet dimensional and safety standards.
- The CNC Machine Operator will also perform routine machine maintenance, report equipment issues, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet output and efficiency targets.
- Accurate documentation of work, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation are essential parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and be able to set up, run, and adjust CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling, including reading technical drawings and using appropriate tools for precise material removal.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect parts, measure dimensions, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial Machinery, including routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced production environment.
- Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar machining role is preferred.
