CNC Machine Operator

Monitor the machine’s performance during operation to ensure consistent and accurate production.

Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Identify and report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the supervisor.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting the machines to ensure they operate efficiently.

Detect and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make adjustments or repairs as needed.

Collaborate with maintenance personnel for more complex repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operation.

Complete production logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any operational concerns.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the task at hand.

Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC operator or in a related field.

Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Measuring tools and instruments, such as micrometers, verniers, callipers, height gauges or other specialized measuring instruments

CNC drilling, milling, turning, and cutting machines
