Interpret and analyze engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Set up 5-axis CNC Milling machines by selecting and installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and attachments.
Load raw materials into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning.
Input and modify CNC programs to match specific job requirements.

Operate 5-axis CNC machines to perform complex tasks such as milling, drilling, and cutting from multiple angles and planes.
Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and accuracy, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
Perform routine maintenance on 5-axis CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues that arise during machine set-up or production.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians for more complex repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Measuring tools and instruments, such as micrometers, verniers, callipers, height gauges or other specialized measuring instruments
