Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC machines to perform machining tasks accurately
- Prepare, read, and interpret AutoCAD 2D/3D drawings for production
- Perform laser cutting operations with high precision and efficiency
- Execute and optimize nesting to reduce material wastage
- Develop and modify CNC programs as required for production processes
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor machine performance and replace worn out parts when necessary
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timelines and quality standards
- Assist in inspection of incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain records of machine operations, maintenance, and production output
- Follow all HSE policies and report any issues
- Provide technical support to team members when required
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / CNC Machining or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC operation and programming
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
- Experience in laser cutting and nesting software/tools
- Good understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Job Purpose
- The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, performing laser cutting operations, and ensuring precision manufacturing in line with work orders and technical drawings.
- The role also involves machine maintenance, nesting optimization, and supporting fabrication activities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC machines to perform machining tasks accurately
