About the Role
As a CNA at Franciscan Villa, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff • Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans • Document resident information and vital signs accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or nursing-related coursework preferred • 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply!) • Ability to lift and transfer residents safely and assist with ambulation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
