Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for assigned departments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update candidate status
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding offer, documentation, and onboarding steps
- Coordinate onboarding process including documentation, visa processing, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with hiring managers, HR team, finance, and external recruitment agencies
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding procedures
- Experience in handling international recruitment and visa processing is an advantage

Job Summary
- The Cluster Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes to support business staffing needs for Miraval, The Red Sea and Grand Hyatt, The Red Sea Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for assigned departments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly update candidate status
- Communicate clearly with candidates regarding offer, documentation, and onboarding steps
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Coordinate onboarding process including documentation, visa processing, and travel arrangements
- Follow up with candidates, agencies, and internal department for timely completion of onboarding requirements
- Align candidate arrival plans with visa timelines and operational needs
- Liaise with hiring managers, HR team, finance, and external recruitment agencies
- Follow up on approvals (offers, tickets, accommodation, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding procedures
- Experience in handling international recruitment and visa processing is an advantage
