Role Overview
Minor Hotels is seeking a Cluster Shift Supervisor to oversee hotel engineering and maintenance operations.
The role leads engineering staff and coordinates maintenance, projects, contractors, inventory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Engineering Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities.
- Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed.
- Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Troubleshooting and Compliance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational problems.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
