About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward thinking total rewards strategy aligned with business growth and luxury positioning
- Lead annual salary review cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive planning in alignment with business performance and budget guidelines
- Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys to ensure competitiveness
- Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation systems
- Develop and implement innovative recognition programs that reinforce a culture of appreciation and performance
- Ensure rewards frameworks are aligned with Saudization requirements and support attraction and retention of Saudi nationals
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards
- Promote equitable pay practices and support gender pay equity and inclusive compensation frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in luxury hospitality or large complex organizations
- Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies, salary structuring, and incentive design
- Demonstrated experience in managing annual compensation cycles including salary reviews and bonus planning
- In depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and rewards practices within Saudi Arabia or GCC region
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Workday)
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive compensation data

- Ensure compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward thinking total rewards strategy aligned with growth ambitions and luxury positioning.
- Ensure governance and consistency of compensation practices across all properties within the cluster.
- Lead annual salary review cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive planning.
- Drive pay for performance philosophy.
Compensation & Benchmarking Excellence
- Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys.
- Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation systems.
- Provide data driven insights on compensation trends and cost optimization.
- Support pre opening compensation frameworks.
Benefits Design & Employee Value Proposition
- Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys.
- Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation systems.
- Provide data driven insights on compensation trends and cost optimization.
- Support pre opening compensation frameworks.
Recognition & Incentive Programs
- Develop and implement innovative recognition programs.
- Design short term and long term incentive schemes aligned with KPIs.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in incentive distribution.
- Monitor effectiveness and refine based on feedback.
National Talent & Regulatory Alignment (Saudization)
- Ensure rewards frameworks align with Saudization requirements.
- Partner with HR and government relations for compliance with local labor laws.
- Support equitable reward practices balancing national workforce integration.
- Track and report on compensation related compliance and nationalization metrics.
Compliance, Risk & Policy Management
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local laws and corporate governance.
- Maintain and update rewards policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits for adherence.
- Manage risks related to pay equity, regulatory changes, and cost exposure.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Promote equitable pay practices and support gender pay equity.
- Ensure unbiased job evaluation and salary decisions.
- Support DEI initiatives through transparent rewards structures.
- Monitor and report on pay equity metrics.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong expertise in job evaluation, salary structuring, and incentive design.
- Experience managing annual compensation cycles.
- In depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia or GCC labor laws and rewards practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- High discretion and integrity.
