About the Role
Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Cluster F&B Marketing Manager to set and execute the marketing strategy for food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities
- Develop annual F&B marketing strategy and action plan, co develop and execute business goals
- Preserve brand and concept integrity in all elements of the marketing process
- Design and implement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of F&B, its offerings and dynamic team
- Lead F&B's digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital and electronic marketing platforms
- Actively manage RSGH F&B websites / landing pages, ensuring alignment with the F&B outlets' positioning, business objectives and creative storytelling
- Ensure up to date information on partner and third party websites
- Oversee F&B online reputation by monitoring and ensuring appropriate management of third party review sites and social platforms
- Manage the restaurants' databases, always striving to increase subscribers whilst remaining compliant with privacy laws
- Manage F&B social media channels where applicable, from strategy to content creation, daily channel management and reporting
- Curate and create relevant and engaging content, telling a story consistent with the outlets and RSGH while increasing following and engagement
- Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of search as well as strategic and creative communication
- Pursue and coordinate social media influencer visits and utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum four years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, public relations and related industries, preferably within hospitality
- Solid understanding of the F&B marketplace; well informed of market trends and user behaviors
- Strong understanding of F&B commercial metrics and key success drivers
- Excellent project management skills
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset with problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution and strategic thinking skills
- Experience planning and executing annual marketing and PR calendars
- Proficient at evaluating the competition's activations and marketing communications
- Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mindset
- Experience planning and managing photo and video shoots (commercial and social media)
- Knowledge of creative, photography and videography composition and structure with a keen eye for aesthetic
- Media relations experience – capable of being a well spoken brand ambassador with key media and opinion leader contacts

The Role
- The F&B Marketing Manager sets and executes the media/marketing strategy for food and beverage outlets. The role involves developing and executing the F&B annual strategic marketing plan comprised of public relations, social media, digital marketing and marketing communications strategies.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop annual F&B marketing strategy and action plan, co develop and execute business goals
- Preserve brand and concept integrity in all elements of the marketing process
- Design and implement innovative programs and campaigns that increase awareness of F&B
- Lead F&B's digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach
- Actively manage RSGH F&B websites / landing pages

Graphic Design Management
- Oversee the design and production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Ensure that all designs reflect the brand's aesthetics and storytelling elements, maintaining consistency across all channels
Collaboration with Marketing Teams
- Work closely with marketing and communications team to develop innovative campaigns that align with the resorts' objectives
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce integrated creative assets
Brand Identity Development
- Drive the evolution of F&B brands visual identity, ensuring all design outputs reinforce the unique personality and luxury standards of each resort
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines
Project Oversight and Coordination
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Develop project timelines and collaborate with internal teams and third party vendors
Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor F&B marketing performance metrics and gather feedback to evaluate effectiveness
- Stay updated on design trends and innovations in the hospitality industry
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum four years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, public relations and related industries, preferably within hospitality
- Solid understanding of the F&B marketplace
