We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Cluster Learning & Development Executive to support the learning and development function across Dukes Dubai The Palm Hotel and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating training initiatives, enhancing employee development, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across both properties.

Coordinate and facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for all new team members.

Organize, schedule, and monitor all learning and development activities across both hotels.

Deliver and coordinate mandatory, operational, and leadership training programs.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and learning reports.

Manage the Learning Management System and ensure training data is up to date.

Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads.

Support the implementation of annual training plans and learning calendars.

Coordinate cross-training, departmental training, and development initiatives.

Assist in driving employee engagement, recognition, and talent development programs.

Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels, brand, and statutory training requirements.

Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and follow-up actions.
