Overview

  • We are seeking a Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars to lead, elevate, and transform all restaurant, bar, lounge, nightlife, and dining experiences across InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay & Kimpton Sevn Dubai.
  • This role is for a dynamic, commercially driven, guest focused Food & Beverage leader.

Restaurant & Bar Leadership

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for all restaurants and bars across the cluster.
  • Establish each venue's unique positioning, guest experience, and commercial strategy.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all dining concepts.
  • Ensure every outlet consistently delivers exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience Excellence

  • Create memorable and differentiated dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous enhancements.
  • Ensure service culture aligns with brand standards and local market expectations.
  • Foster personalized guest engagement and loyalty building initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations across all venues.
  • Ensure consistency in service standards, quality, presentation, and execution.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
  • Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire restaurant and bar leadership teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Deliver training programs focused on leadership, service excellence, and guest engagement.

Commercial & Financial Performance

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across all outlets.
  • Optimize profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, and financial performance.
  • Drive outlet level business planning and performance improvement initiatives.

Concept Development & Innovation

  • Collaborate on the creation and evolution of restaurant and bar concepts.
  • Introduce innovative dining experiences, events, activations, and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to maintain relevance and differentiation.
  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to strengthen brand visibility and guest engagement.

Pre Opening Excellence (Kimpton Sevn Dubai)

  • Lead Restaurants & Bars pre opening planning and execution.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of opening teams.
  • Develop operational standards, service sequences, and guest experience frameworks.
  • Oversee outlet readiness, trial operations, and opening activities.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Events, and Operations teams.
  • Support hotel wide commercial initiatives and guest experience programs.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and cluster business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels, lifestyle brands, or premium restaurant groups.
  • Significant experience managing multiple restaurant and bar concepts simultaneously.
  • Proven success leading high volume, high profile dining destinations.
  • Pre opening experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, beverage programs, nightlife, entertainment driven venues, and guest experience management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
