The role leads strategic development and execution of hotel digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
The position supports the hotel’s B2C business mix, digital guest touchpoints, and ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
Responsibilities
- Develop the annual digital marketing strategy and budget across relevant channels.
- Create quarterly and yearly e-commerce plans for direct and third-party platforms.
- Manage SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM, email, display, programmatic, influencer, and metasearch activity.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI, oversee content production, and maintain brand consistency across social platforms.
- Lead CRM strategy, support rate parity and pricing integrity, and improve OTA visibility and conversion.
- Manage online reputation, conduct competitive benchmarking, identify digital trends, and manage external agencies and vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, tools, analytics, and platforms.
- Proficiency in content marketing, CRM, paid advertising, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, analytical, and cross-functional working skills.
