Role Overview

Program Details

• The Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program starting in January 2027.
• The program has a one-month onboarding and skilling phase followed by five months of on-the-job training.
• Training includes mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, technical certifications, and real-life scenario assignments.

Training Areas

• The skilling phase covers Microsoft mission, culture, strategy, structure, project management, change management, interpersonal skills, creativity, innovation, and time management.
• Advanced technology training includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.

On-the-Job Responsibilities

• Apply foundational architecture knowledge to business and IT requirements and resolve technical constraints.
• Share customer and partner feedback about technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights with internal teams.
• Contribute to technical solution proposals and demonstrate design concepts in customer and partner collaboration sessions.
• Support research projects and customer or partner scoping surveys related to intellectual property needs or process changes.
• Participate in architect community events and share relevant learnings with internal teams.
• Contribute to architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that improve production deployment and customer value.
• Support digital transformation projects and ensure customer environments and applications are well architected.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or management, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for technology and a customer-focused approach are preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers are preferred.
• Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills are preferred.
