Overall Purpose of the Job
Deliver global technical project work and support the mergers and acquisitions team.
Maintain and support the infrastructure environment on a business-as-usual basis.
Support and deploy group solutions, including through global travel when required.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Support and troubleshoot infrastructure service issues within agreed service levels and an ITIL environment.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects spanning operational improvements and new service delivery solutions.
- Support mergers and acquisitions from infrastructure design through deployment.
- Represent the infrastructure function with senior stakeholders at Group level and contribute to IT strategy.
