Trainee Crew Coordinator

Assist in the processing of visas and other joining formalities for seafarers.

Help check and collect pre joining documents to ensure they are complete and meet company and regulatory requirements.

Support arrangements for required courses, certificates, tests, and medical examinations.

Maintain basic communication with seafarers who are on leave or preparing for mobilization.

Provide information and follow-up on required steps during the joining process.

Assist in making training enrolments and keeping track of training schedules.

Support the processing of flag state applications by preparing documents and following internal procedures.

Help maintain accurate crew records in ShipSure Crewing (or similar systems).

Upload documents and ensure information is updated in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support to the Crew Cell, such as preparing files, organizing documents, and assisting colleagues with daily tasks.

Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Crew Supply Manager to support efficient office operations.

Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree from any field

Good computer operating skills including word processing and spreadsheet experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
