• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure (including networking, compute, storage, identity, and security services), Microsoft 365, AVD, and AWS platforms. • Lead cloud deployment and migration projects with minimal supervision. • Own administration and lifecycle management of assigned cloud services and platforms, including Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Windows 365 cloud PC’s, and AVD host pools, image management, and FSLogix. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform), automation frameworks, and operational tooling, including tools such as Nerdio, CIPP, and Lighthouse. • Analyze performance, availability, and security metrics across Azure, M365, AVD, and AWS environments and implement improvement initiatives. • Serve as a technical escalation point for Cloud Engineer I team members. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical coaching and knowledge sharing. • Recommend architecture enhancements, security improvements, and modernization opportunities across Azure, M365, AVD, and AWS environments. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions. • Contribute to engineering standards, governance practices, and platform roadmaps. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in cloud engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure roles. • 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. • 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS environments and multi-cloud architectures. • 2+ years experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar VDI technologies.
