Overview
- Lead workload assessment and discovery initiatives to analyze existing environments, identifying application dependencies and migration readiness.
- Develop comprehensive migration strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for complex workload transitions to private cloud environments.
- Design and architect migration solutions, selecting appropriate methodologies and tooling to meet business objectives.
- Create detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for migration patterns, target zone infrastructure, and network connectivity.
- Orchestrate and oversee the execution of migration waves, providing technical leadership and troubleshooting complex issues during cutover events.
- Establish and maintain migration standards, best practices, and repeatable governance frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with application, security, networking, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and secure migration process with minimal business disruption.
- Design identity and access integration strategies for migrated workloads in the target environment.|
