Opportunity Overview
The employer is an ecommerce enablement company serving apparel and fashion retail brands across India.
The Ecommerce Warehouse Manager will own end-to-end warehouse efficiency, process optimization, and team leadership.
The role operates in a high-velocity, technology-enabled fulfillment environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound logistics, receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch for apparel and fashion SKUs.
- Lead and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 15 to 30 or more employees.
- Use WMS tools to improve processing time and reduce errors.
- Coordinate stock levels, cycle counts, and replenishment with fulfillment, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance while driving continuous improvement.
- Use real-time dashboards to identify bottlenecks, propose automation, and improve OEE.
Required Qualifications
- WMS experience is required.
- Inventory management experience is required.
- Order fulfillment experience is required.
- Warehouse operations experience is required.
- Team leadership experience is required.
