The role works closely with founders and executives on priorities, growth, and complex problems involving product, people, and strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Partner with founders and C-suite leaders to define, prioritize, and execute strategic projects across functions.
- Build and maintain OKRs, weekly executive syncs, board decks, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking for business decisions and investment priorities.
- Own cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to remove bottlenecks and drive timelines.
- Turn complex concepts into clear communications for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Anticipate needs, manage ambiguity, and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
