4–5 years of experience working with Ironclad and/or Agiloft and CLM platforms.
Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures, with the ability to review contracts.
Strong understanding of contract management processes and workflows.
Proficiency in Ironclad and/or Agiloft API, eSignature, and CLM administration.
Experience with Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM (Springs) configuration and customization.
Experience integrating Agiloft with systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.
Familiarity with integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
Experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-level projects.
Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members, and explain technical topics clearly.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Certification & Preferred Experience
Ironclad and/or Agiloft certifications such as Certified Administrator are required.
Experience with other CLM platforms such as Docusign, SpotDraft, Icertis, Conga, or Apttus is preferred.
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Understanding of legal and compliance requirements in contract management is preferred.
Experience working in agile development methodologies is preferred.
