Qualifications

• Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted nursing license and an RN degree (ADN, BSN, or higher).
• Practicing as an RN, in a clinical bedside or clinical education setting, within the past 5 years.
• Proven track record of carrying and consistently meeting or exceeding a sales quota, closing new business, and winning new customers.
• Comfortable presenting to and building rapport with nursing and clinical audiences, including hands-on product demonstrations that lead to a sale.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within your assigned region.
• Based near a major airport hub within your assigned region (East, Central, or West).
• Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):
• Currently practicing as an RN in a clinical setting, even in a limited or per-diem capacity.
• Hands-on clinical experience performing bladder scans and/or vascular access ultrasound-guided placement.
• Prior experience in medical device or capital equipment sales, particularly selling into hospital or nursing departments.

• We are hiring for three positions. One for Central, One for East, One for West. This role is remote with up to 75% travel required.
• East: Located near a major airport in NYC, Boston, or Atlanta
• Central: Located near a major airport in Texas
• West: Located near a major airport in Denver, SF, LA or Seattle

Compensation

• Our estimated salary for this role is between $130,000 - $160,000 + commission + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
