Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Relevant professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in the UAE
- Experience providing psychological assessment and therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Proficiency in psychological testing including test selection, administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing
- Strong understanding of mental health, emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns
- Ability to apply psychological theory and evidence based approaches to clinical practice
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural sensitivity skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and accurate documentation

Role Description
- Family First Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Psychologist for a full time or part time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical formulations.
- Provide evidence based psychotherapy and counselling to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field, from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional licensure, or eligibility for licensure in the UAE.
- Experience providing psychological assessment and therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Proficiency in psychological testing, including test selection, administration, scoring, interpretation, and report writing.
- Strong understanding of a range of mental health, emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns.
- Ability to apply psychological theory and evidence based approaches to clinical practice.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural sensitivity skills.
- Experience working with diverse families and communities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and accurate documentation.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic, child development center, school linked setting, or paediatric mental health environment.
- Experience with child and adolescent assessments, parent guidance, and family based interventions.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulatory requirements and clinical documentation standards.
