Job Overview

Qualifications
- BSc. Degree at least 3 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist or with clinical responsibilities. UAE National: NLT 1 year as clinical pharmacist or with clinical responsibilities.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm D): at least 1 year experience as a clinical pharmacist.
- Post baccalaureate Pharm D: at least 1 year experience as a clinical pharmacist.
- Post baccalaureate M.S: at least 1 year experience as a clinical pharmacist.
Responsibilities
- Supervise junior staff and ensure their abidance to going rules and policies as applied and implemented in the section/department/organization, as per requirement.
- Participate in department/organization/regulatory bodies clinical projects.
- Optimize patient care in defined wards/units by planning, managing, monitoring, advising and reviewing specialist pharmaceutical care programs for patients.
- Undertake a medication review/history of newly admitted patients to identify problems or medication issues that may influence the patients treatment plan, including simplifying complex regimes for patients in designated wards.
