Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
- Listen to patient concerns and ask appropriate screening questions
- Guide and triage patients using Seed's approved clinical pathways
- Recommend the most suitable practitioner, consultation, or service
- Follow up with leads and support appointment conversion
- Accurately document interactions, lead status, and follow up actions in the CRM
- Coordinate with clinical and patient care teams to ensure smooth patient journey
- Use digital tools and AI supported workflows to improve communication, organization, and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Pharmacy, or another healthcare related field
- Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
- Graduated from a university or college in Qatar
- Has lived in Qatar for at least 10 years
- Tech savvy and confident using CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and productivity tools
- Actively interested in and comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work
- Strong listening, communication, empathy, and patient care orientation
- Comfortable handling calls, follow ups, and lead conversion
- Flexible to work varying shifts and hours based on clinic operational needs
- Cheerful, positive attitude with demonstrated ability to take initiative

Job Overview
- Seed Health & Wellness Centre is looking for a compassionate and proactive Clinical Patient Coordinator.
- Role involves supporting lead and patient inquiries, guiding patients to the right practitioner or service, and converting qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
- Listen to patient concerns and ask appropriate screening questions.

Non Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Pharmacy, or another healthcare related field (professional license not required).
- Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Graduated from a university or college in Qatar.
- Has lived in Qatar for at least 10 years.
- Tech savvy and confident using CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and productivity tools.
- Actively interested in and comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.
- Strong listening, communication, empathy, and patient care orientation.
- Comfortable handling calls, follow ups, and lead conversion.

Preferred
- Previous clinical, patient care, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
