Current Opportunity: Clinical Counsellor
Location
- Canada
- Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote or hybrid depending on your proximity to our Toronto or Montreal office
- Shifts: Shifts are mid shifts (finishing later than 7pm) and will include one weekend day.
Salary
- $60,000 CAD a year plus we offer a competitive range of benefits
- Years of experience: 1 year of direct counselling experience
What you will do
- Our Clinical Counsellors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat & email all while demonstrating what we call: The Power of a Good Conversation – creating a connection with the client to ensure they feel heard, supported, and cared for.
- It’s difficult to describe an average day for our counsellors, as each caller presents with a unique set of challenges, and it would be from your clinical conversation that would help each person navigate a way forward.
