Position Details
The Clinical Coordinator works with the Leukemia Program team, leadership, and internal and external care teams to manage, plan, and coordinate care for leukemia patients.
The position is located at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in the Acute Leukemia Program and reports to a Nurse Manager.
The position has one vacancy, is a replacement position, and is non-union.
Compensation
- The salary range is $45.85 to $57.31 per hour.
Schedule
- The position is permanent full-time with 37.5 hours per week.
- Shifts are Monday through Friday.
Duties
- Manage shared-care patients and coordinate transition and allogeneic blood and marrow transplant planning.
- Coordinate new patient consultations through the Rapid Assessment Clinic.
- Apply specialized nursing expertise to complex patient care directly and through consultation.
- Consult on complex patient management problems.
- Provide teaching and education.
