Clinic Manager / Practice Coach II - Fixed Term, Full-Time

Our FYidoctors - Courtice clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a full-time fixed-term role until March 2028, working 40 hours per week.

Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a patient-focused environment.

You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment!

• Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
• Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives
• Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision
• Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives
• Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture
• Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimize patient care and clinic performance
• Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

• College degree or equivalent experience
