- Handle patient complaints and resolve them promptly and professionally

- Monitor revenues and expenses and achieve financial targets
- Oversee promotions and marketing packages to increase sales
- Coordinate with the marketing team to strengthen the clinic’s social media presence
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment
- Prepare periodic reports on the overall performance of the clinic
- Make strategic decisions to improve service quality and increase efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in clinic management or similar role
- Fluency in Arabic (required)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health standards and regulations
- Ability to handle patient complaints and resolve issues

Compensation
- Pay: AED10,000.00 AED14,000.00 per month
