We are seeking a Client Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Architecture team.

In this role, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across large health systems to design intelligent workflows using Andor’s configurable platform.

You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into scalable solutions that improve clinical efficiency and enhance patient care.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone passionate about healthcare transformation, workflow design, and applying AI to real-world challenges.

· Analyze current-state workflows and define future-state goals in collaboration with client teams

· Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout the design process

· Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Andor’s platform, including taxonomy configuration, routing logic, video endpoints, and notification frameworks

· Document solution designs, including workflow diagrams, configuration specs, and implementation notes for internal teams

· Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
