Eagleview Veterinary Hospital is looking for a passionate Customer Services Representative to join our growing team in beautiful Squamish, BC.

We are a busy, community-focused hospital committed to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.

We currently have a strong team of 5 CSRs and, as we continue to grow and support the Sea to Sky community, we’re excited to welcome another CSR to the team.

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Managing emails and client communication

• Processing payments and handling invoices

• Dealing with insurance claims

• Maintaining accurate medical records

• Supporting veterinarians and technicians with daily workflow

• Keeping the reception area clean and organized

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook

• Previous veterinary or medical reception experience would be preferable, but not mandatory.

• Ability to work weekend & evening shifts

• 3x 9-10 hour shifts per week
