Role Overview – Client Services Officer (UAE)
You will be part of our Client Services team, focused on ensuring efficient and seamless support for clients worldwide.
As a Client Services Officer, you will work directly with clients to understand their technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and carry out investigations to resolve them.
You will communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email, and collaborate closely with our development team to resolve any technical challenges that arise.
Our technical support operates 24/5, requiring 8-hour rotating shifts (morning, evening, and night).
We offer flexibility in how work is structured, with a setup that supports different working preferences depending on shift schedules.
What We’re Looking For

- You’ll likely be a great fit if you have:
- Previous technical experience, ideally in customer support
- Strong interest in technology and how it works
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- A proactive approach to work
- A willingness to assist and support clients
- Ability to work rotating shifts
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Experience in financial markets (FX, CFD, stocks, etc.)
- Knowledge of Indian languages
- Knowledge of Chinese languages
