- As a Client Services Officer, you will become an essential part of our Client Services team, ensuring that our clients receive outstanding support and a seamless trading experience.
Your Role
- You will work directly with clients from around the world, assisting them with account related inquiries, platform guidance, technical troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Through phone, live chat, and email communication, you will help resolve issues efficiently while delivering a professional and personalized experience.
- Working closely with our Operations, Compliance, and Technical teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the high service standards that define OEXN.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or technical support
- Strong interest in financial markets and technology
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive and solution oriented approach
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A genuine desire to help clients succeed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Chinese language proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Stocks, Commodities, or other financial markets
- Experience with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, MatchTrader, or similar
- Understanding of brokerage operations and trading environments
- Experience working within financial services, fintech, or brokerage firms

Compensation
