They work with hedge funds, asset managers, corporates, proprietary trading firms, and financial institutions, delivering high-quality FX products and client-focused solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to join our Institutional FX Client Services team.
The successful candidate will support client onboarding, account management, trade operations, and relationship development while ensuring exceptional service delivery across the client lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication skills, operational accuracy, and an understanding of institutional FX products and market infrastructure.
Client Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and trading counterparties.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and revenue growth.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including KYC and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with sales and trading teams to ensure smooth client integration and ongoing support.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding platform usage, products, and operational updates.
Trade Operations
- Monitor and support daily FX trade flow and post-trade processes.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational discrepancies.
- Liaise with liquidity providers, counterparties, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely trade execution and settlement.
- Ensure operational procedures comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with reconciliation processes and reporting requirements.
Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client operational and service-related matters.
- Maintain accurate client records and account documentation.
- Coordinate account setup, amendments, funding, and platform access requests.
- Monitor client activity and escalate operational or compliance concerns when necessary.
- Provide ongoing support to institutional clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Client Services
- Deliver professional and timely support to institutional clients across multiple communication channels.
- Respond to client inquiries relating to trading platforms, account activity, settlements, and market operations.
- Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Trading.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare client reports and assist with periodic service reviews.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Previous experience within institutional FX, prime brokerage, financial services, or capital markets preferred.
- Understanding of FX products, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/trading systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
