Role overview
The Client Service Representative works in CIBC's Personal and Business Banking team at a fast-paced Banking Centre.
The role provides first-line support for client questions, transactions, accounts, products, and connections to other banking specialists.
What you will do
- Help clients manage their accounts and products and support their day-to-day banking needs.
- Answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with the right CIBC team members.
- Prioritize client experience and take accountability for client issues.
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs through technology.
How you will succeed
- Use knowledge of financial services products to support clients with their banking needs.
- Listen, ask questions, understand client perspectives, and collaborate on solutions.
- Remain flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Remain flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
- Bring a client-first, goal-oriented, relationship-focused, curious, respectful, and accountable approach.
