Position Highlights
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering driver licensing and identification services that help customers maintain their independence and mobility. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, determine eligibility for licensing and identification products, process transactions, and provide information on a variety of driver licensing services.
This role makes a direct impact on customers who rely on driver licensing services to get to work, attend school, volunteer, and participate in important daily activities. Working in a fast-paced Driver Licensing Office, you will interact with a high volume of customers, often balancing multiple priorities and frequent interruptions while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to navigate complex customer interactions. Active listening skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt your communication style to meet individual customer needs are essential.

Days of work are scheduled between Monday and Saturday.
Shifts vary from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., up to 7.5 hours per day and a maximum of 28 hours per week.
Metrotown Driver Licensing Office shifts vary from 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Some locations may require additional training to support motorcycle testing as a follow vehicle driver. Participation in these duties requires a valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence.
