About the Role
HSBC is seeking a Client Service Manager for Issuer Services in Dubai. The role involves managing client relationships, monitoring SLA performance, and overseeing transaction administration for securities services.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ISV requirements are understood
- Monitor service level agreement (SLA) performance and implement action plans
- Run formal client surveys to gather feedback and drive service improvements
- Identify retention and growth opportunities and support new business development
- Service a broad range of products including bonds, structured finance, syndicated loans, etc.
- Manage transactions across key agency roles and coordinate amendments
- Partner with Transaction Managers for smooth onboarding and post closing handover
- Oversee non operational deal activities and act as escalation point
- Collaborate with Client Services teams and provide operational support to Centre of Excellence teams
- Proactively monitor new mandates/bids to flag operational risks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Client Services role within Issuer Services/Securities Services
- Strong networking and presentation skills
- Strong system and modelling skills
- Ability to communicate with several teams locally and globally
- Ability to multi task and manage changing priorities
- Sound understanding of legal documentation governing roles/products supported
- Graduation degree essential for UAE visa and work permit
- Strong client network in MENAT market preferred
