Role Overview
We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency focused on social media, culture, and influencer marketing.
The Account Director will lead ambitious social-first work involving clients, creators, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
The role requires strategic ownership, commercial judgment, energy, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead productive client meetings, understand client businesses and categories, provide direction, and mitigate risks.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through open communication and integrity.
- Advocate for creative excellence through knowledge of social platforms, paid media, and measurement.
- Oversee creator and talent partnerships, including identification, briefing, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Forecast revenue, manage budgets, estimate costs, negotiate, and identify opportunities for client growth.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team.
Who You Are
- Bring 7–9 years of experience, preferably in a creative or social agency.
- Have solid creator and influencer management experience, including identifying, briefing, and managing talent relationships.
