Role Overview
The Client Service Advisor is the first line of contact for CHANEL clients and provides luxury client care beyond the boutiques.
The role supports a seamless omni-channel experience through personalized, human client service.
The position provides client support and product advisory across phone, WhatsApp and email.
Client Service Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries over phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Manage cases independently during the majority of workdays.
- Proactively solve issues and ensure service standards are observed.
- Engage clients and build long-term relationships through attentive service.
- Provide product and service advice while delivering a differentiated CHANEL experience.
Required Capabilities
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of CHANEL products and heritage.
- Ability to address client needs through engaging product and brand storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with boutique staff and functional teams.
- Ability to provide quality, trustworthy and empathetic client care.
