About The Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Client Retention Manager to join our dynamic team.
- This pivotal in house role will be responsible for managing our UK client desk from our vibrant Dubai office.
- As a Client Retention Manager, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our high value UK clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing UK clients to foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement effective retention and re activation strategies to minimize churn and maximize client lifetime value.
- Drive strong deposit volumes through expert client management and conversion techniques.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, upholding the brand's reputation for exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain an ethical approach to all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated Experience: A strong background in Retention, Re activation, Conversion, Sales, or Client Recovery.
- Market Expertise: Experience in Forex, CFD, or Trading is a significant advantage.
- Ethical Acumen: An ethical mindset coupled with strong closing abilities.
- Client Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage high value UK clients.
