Role Overview
HSBC is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for Global Network Banking in India.
The role supports corporate banking growth, client servicing, compliance, credit processes, and portfolio management.
Principal Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate business and cross-sell opportunities and support Relationship Managers in converting them.
- Implement audit and regulatory recommendations and maintain timely closure of client-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to service corporate customers efficiently.
- Manage regulatory, legal, financial crime compliance, account operations, account opening, and KYC remediation.
- Collate management information and prepare new and review business proposals for approval.
- Coordinate with clients for financial information, security documentation, and operational matters.
- Monitor portfolio credit quality and take remedial measures when applicable.
