- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Track call outcomes and follow up schedules.
- Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and competition.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 year experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self motivated, hardworking and goal oriented.
- Comfortable with high volume calling.
- Flexible with shifts.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
