Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic **Client Relationship Executive (CRE)** to join our team in Deira, Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in **ERP software sales**, business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the UAE market.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting **Afamia Enterprise Platform (ERP)** — a modern cloud-based ERP solution designed for UAE businesses, including Accounting Software, HR & Payroll Software with WPS compliance, and VAT Accounting solutions.

About the Product

**Afamia Enterprise Platform (ERP)** is a modern cloud-based ERP suite that helps businesses automate operations, improve productivity, and gain real-time business insights.

The platform includes:

• Accounting Software UAE

  • HR & Payroll Software with WPS Compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and business owners across the UAE.
  • Arrange meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Deliver professional presentations on ERP software features, benefits, and implementation processes.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business conferences on behalf of the company.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with management and product teams.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a **Client Relationship Executive**, **ERP Sales Executive**, or similar software sales role.
  • Experience in **ERP Software, Accounting Software, HRMS, Payroll Software, or SaaS solutions** is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business processes, VAT compliance, and HR/Payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to explain technical software solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
