We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Client Relationship Executive (CRE)** to join our growing team in Deira, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **B2B soft services sales** and the **educational training center industry**.
The candidate must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of developing long-term business relationships with corporate clients and educational partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and training partners.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations on company services and training solutions.
- Generate regular sales reports, business reviews, and financial updates for management.
- Ensure service availability and coordinate demonstrations or presentations when required.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Negotiate and close business deals while handling client objections professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights and report to the Direct Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a **Sales Executive**, **Client Relationship Executive**, or in a similar role.
- Minimum experience in **B2B soft services** and/or **educational training center sales** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Good understanding of marketing and sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
- Pay: From AED1.00 per year
