Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview

Sales Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote and sell accounting software, ERP solutions, IT and soft services, and corporate training programs.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up through successful closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Coordination and Records

• Coordinate with technical, implementation, accounts, and training teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities are required.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, ERP or software sales, or corporate training is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person.
