Role Description

  • We are looking for motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
  • This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about property, client relationships, and building a long term career in the UAE real estate market.
  • Whether you are experienced in real estate or coming from a strong sales background, we provide the environment, tools, and guidance to help you grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property inquiries for secondary, and off plan properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Support clients throughout the full sales process from inquiry to closing
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads and follow ups
  • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate market trends
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and service standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience in UAE or home country
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Must have own car for client meetings and property viewings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of real estate sales processes
  • Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment
  • Professional attitude and client focused approach

Compensation structure

  • We offer compensation based on experience and preference.
