HAVN Lifestyle Getaways is looking for a Client Relations Executive to manage relationships with property owners and partners in Dubai. The role involves account management, performance reporting, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and landlords
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Provide regular updates on property performance, occupancy, and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, guest relations, and finance) to deliver seamless service
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support new property onboarding and ensure compliance with company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve owner experience and retention
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Well organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Confident in handling professional correspondence and reports
- Dubai based and available to work from our Business Bay office
