Job Summary
- Seeking a highly motivated Property Acquisition Executive to grow unit portfolio by identifying and securing new property owners interested in short term rental management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify property owners interested in holiday home management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and investors
- Present and explain our holiday home management services and benefits
- Negotiate agreements and close new property contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for unit acquisition
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to onboard new properties
Qualifications
- MANDATORY previous experience in Holiday Homes or Dubai Real Estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Goal driven, proactive, and self motivated
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate/holiday home market preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English required (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage)
