Client Relations & Event Coordinator

Role overview

Primary responsibilities

• Plan and execute virtual, in-person, and hybrid events and seminars.
• Manage client gifting, promotional products, orders, inventory, website updates, and vendor communications.
• Administer the Client Holiday Gifting Program and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide event administration, including financial tracking, invoice processing, and credit card consolidations.
• Coordinate Toronto sporting and entertainment tickets and maintain the ticket calendar.
• Collaborate on event communications and materials with Creative Services and Marketing Technology.
• Support invitation-list development and manage the invitation process.
• Maintain the National Event Tracker and coordinate with other offices.
• Create and issue CPD certificates for attendees and accredited seminar presenters.

Education and experience

• A bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or an equivalent college diploma focused on marketing or events, is required.
